In an effort to keep our clients as up to date and informed as possible on our Covid-19 response, we’d like to fill you in on how we’ve been dealing with the ever changing Covid-19 situation.
As always, our treatment tables and rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized between each client. The tables also have a plastic covering which is sprayed with a disinfecting spray, the sheets and blankets are washed after each use and every surface including door handles and light switches are also sterilized.
Bathrooms and surfaces throughout the building are sterilized at set intervals during the day and between clients. We have also asked clients to remain in their car/ outside upon their arrival to their appointment until we call them to allow us to maintain social distancing and cleaning protocols. Clients must come to their appointment alone unless they are a minor or require assistance.
Masks are now a mandatory precaution for both our staff and our clients and must be worn at all times in the building. If you do not have your own mask a disposable one will be provided to you upon entering Salt Water. If you are medically exempt from wearing a mask a doctor’s note will be required prior to treatment.
A Covid-19 pre-screening form must be completed before every appointment which includes a contactless temperature reading and anyone with contraindications to receiving a treatment will be asked to reschedule their appointment and self isolate. For this reason, our cancellation policy has been relaxed to accommodate clients needing to reschedule due to Covid/ illness concerns.
