Sarah d’Abadie, Owner & RMT
I graduated from Mount Royal College in 2006. After developing a strange sensitivity/reaction to mass produced lotions and oils, I started experimenting with different natural oils and butters, and finally found a combination that is not only agreeable with my skin, but great for my clients, as all the products are certified organic and natural. I have a passion for essential oils, their healing properties, and incorporate them into my lotions and massage practice. In May of 2024 I became certified in MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation), and I am starting to incorporate it in my treatments as well!
I enjoy helping people feel better, and have a knack for finding the “knots”. I believe massage is a step to healing and recovery, but at home care is just as important. I often send my clients home with stretches and exercises.
When I’m not at work, you can find me camping and boating with my husband and two kids, in the gym, gardening, or hiking in the mountains (or coast line!). An active, happy lifestyle is what makes the engine run smoothly!

Jennifer Stockton, RMT
I am a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary. I spent two years learning and practicing massage therapy, completing my 2200 hours. The RMT program at MH Vicars is an intense, high quality, and accredited program. I am so proud to have studied there!
It is my true passion to help people, I always bring a calm and comfortable energy to my treatment table. It is most important to me that every client on my table feels respected, comfortable, and relaxed. It is also important to take the time to listen to what my clients are telling me in regards to their treatment expectations and issues they are facing. I then take that information and put together a specific treatment plan, combining therapeutic and relaxation techniques that address each client’s unique health goals. It brings me true happiness when I can help others to reduce their pain and improve their personal well being. I am so excited to further my education and training by taking a variety of specialized courses over the next few years!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and three beautiful children. I also enjoy reading, yoga, hiking, music and meeting new people.

Mandy Lambier, RMT
Mandy moved to Cochrane about 3 years ago after graduating from massage school in her hometown of Windsor Ontario. Mandy loves being in the fresh air near the mountains and when she is not treating clients she spends her time reading, hanging out with her husband and their 2 dogs and she also loves hitting the gym. Weather it’s weights or a class, Mandy loves to get moving.
Mandy spent most of her working career at a desk and behind a computer and decided one day that she needed a change so back to school she went! She became a yoga teacher and shortly after that enrolled in college to become a massage therapist. Treating clients and seeing them more relaxed and feeling better after a treatment is one of her favorites things about having a career in massage.
Mandy’s treatments although therapeutic will leave you feeling very relaxed as she has a relaxation touch to her treatments. Cupping and hot stones are two of her favorite tools to use in order to help those pesky sore muscles melt or to help relax the body and mind. Pregnant? Mandy also works with expectant mother’s to help relieve any tension that you may be feeling with all the new changes happening in your body!
